Whereas she couldn't be bothered to answer much of my concerns without another sum of money, Charles- who has not even worked on my case- actually gave me that information to help myself, at no charge. I understand and support that professionals need paid for their services. There is a difference between using your position to manipulate profit, and charging for new services rendered. If I need anyone to represent me or know anyone who needs it, he's got my business and my endorsement with that quick and kind gesture; truly a business practice of integrity. Thank you, Charles!
